The third South Africa - EU Summit will take place in Brussels on 28 September 2010.
The Summit is annual event which provides an opportunity for South African and European leaders to review at the highest level cooperation under the Strategic Partnership between South Africa and the European Union. In addition to the formal Summit proceedings a number of side events are also being organised to highlight success stories and explore new opportunities for South African – European cooperation.
Since science and
technology is one of the flagship areas of cooperation between
South Africa and the EU, the
South African Department of Science and Technology we will be organising a
series of science and technology side events, associated to the Summit.
