This programme aims to develop and monitor bilateral and multilateral relationships and agreements in science and technology to strengthen the NSI and enable a flow of knowledge, capacity and resources into both South Africa and its African neighbours.

It has three sub-programmes:

  • Bilateral Cooperation
  • Multilaterals and Africa
