Ambassadorial Executive Working Lunch

The Minister of Science and Technology, Mr Mosibudi Mangena, will deliver the main address at an Ambassadorial Executive Working Lunch. The Executive Working Lunch will be attended by ambassadors of various countries that are members of the Official Development Assistance (ODA). South Africa's Science, Engineering and Technology (SET) sector is a beneficiary of the ODA. The Minister will address the Executive Lunch on the challenges and constraints of the ODA for the SET in South Africa. He will stress on the role ODA could play in addressing our country's human capital development challenges.
